Subaru redesigned the 2019 model using SGP (Subaru Global Platform) also underpinning the Crosstrek, Impreza and Ascent. Subaru Forester has more cargo and passenger room, a little more powerful engine, latest Sport model, and the Eye Sight package of driver help technology is now standard.

The Subaru Forester is situated above the smaller Crosstrek and under the more luxurious Outback and the new 3row Ascent.

Inside the new Forester Sport, the sport upholstery is a two-toned gray with orange contrast stitching. For more control over the vehicle’s performance, the Sport trim level has paddle shifters as-well.
Forester Limited: Premium Limited adds leather-trimmed upholstery, chrome grille accents and exhaust tip, dual-zone auto climate control, steering-responsive headlights with high-beam assist, a power lift gate, rear-cross traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring with lane change assist and an 8 inch infotainment touch display.
